In Home Services
Our In-Home services are known as “Family Wrap”.
For kids whose mental health is impacting their education or well-being at school this is a multi-disciplinary team approach to “wrapping” services around the child and the family. We tailor our treatment to the individual student and aim to provide a “whatever it takes” philosophy to help the student. We believe in treating the whole-child and our services are targeted to offer support in partnership with the student and their school provider.
Family Wrap services DO NOT replace the SELPA or School District counseling, but rather it is to be a “force multiplier” of intensive, team-based, short term services provided in home and the community.
Depending on the severity of the child’s situation we provide three tiers of services. The difference in Tiers is primarily tied to the frequency of visits each month, and the duration of the services. A brief outline of the service tiers is at the bottom of this page.
Included in our services is the Child & Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment tool. We use this at the beginning, throughout services, and at the end of our engagement.
To see if a child might qualify for Family Wrap, please download the “Family Wrap Assessment Tool” for an informal screening.
