Family Wrap is a division of South Coast Community Services that offers wraparound services. This means we work closely with families, educators, and mental health professionals to create a cohesive support system that helps your child thrive both in and out of school.
How Does It Work?
In Schools
Family Wrap works by partnering with SELPAs, school districts, and social service agencies to provide in-home, educationally related mental health services that extend beyond the classroom. We don’t replace teachers or school counselors—we work alongside them, acting as a “force multiplier” to ensure continued progress for your child in all areas of their life.
Our services include intensive, evidence-based therapeutic practices (EBP) and outcomes measures (GAD7 & PHQ9), tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. We collaborate with school-based mental health services, ensuring that our work complements and enhances the support your child is already receiving.
Family Wrap’s multidisciplinary teams engage closely with parents, students, school mental health providers, clinical therapists, non-clinical mental health professionals, teachers, and school administrators to ensure that progress is made across all environments.
The most effective wraparound plans don’t disappear when a child walks off the school grounds. In fact, if a plan does not follow the student from the classroom to the playground, the sports field, the neighborhood and then home, then it’s not complete.
We extend our services into the home environment, offering support that mirrors the care provided at school. Our team works closely with families to implement strategies, techniques, and therapeutic interventions designed to address behavioral and emotional challenges.
Choose a Plan Suited to Your Child’s Needs
To ensure your child gets the help they need, we offer three service tiers that vary in frequency and duration of support. All tiers include a clinician assessment, treatment plan, and clinician/child/family meetings:
- 10-15 services per month including access to a Clinician, Behavioral Support Specialist and a Parent Partner.
- 6-9 services per month including access to a Clinician, Behavioral Support Specialist and a Parent Partner.
- 4-5 services per month including access to a Clinician, Behavioral Support Specialist and a Parent Partner.

Meet the Team
Program Supervisor
Your Managing Clinician will provide all therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, child and family team meetings (CFTs), and attend IEPs.
South Coast is the only fully integrated mental health provider in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Insurances We Accept
We accept private insurance, Medi-Cal, and other coverage options depending on the mental health services you receive. If you don’t have insurance, we offer private pay options, super billing, and flexible payment methods, including cash and credit cards.
