High Fidelity Wraparound
South Coast provides High Fidelity Wraparound, an intensive, team-based approach for youth and families who require coordinated support across environments. Services are available to eligible families in San Bernardino and Orange Counties through referrals from Child and Family Services (CFS) and the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH).

How High Fidelity Wraparound Works
High Fidelity Wraparound is designed for children and youth with complex behavioral and mental health needs who are involved in multiple systems of care.
This may include youth who are:
- Involved with child welfare, probation, or behavioral health systems
- At risk of out-of-home placement or psychiatric hospitalization
- Experiencing significant emotional or behavioral challenges
- Struggling to maintain stability at home, in school, or in the community
- Facing trauma, family disruption, or complex mental health conditions
What We Help With
Our team supports youth and families navigating complex challenges that require coordinated, intensive care, including:
Emotional and behavioral instability
Crisis situations or risk of hospitalization
Family conflict or disruption
School disengagement or behavioral concerns
Trauma and co-occurring mental health needs

A dedicated care team, including a Managing Clinician and Family Specialist, coordinates across every system in your family's life with 24/7 on-call support.
Voice and Choice at Every Step
The family drives the plan. Youth and family goals shape every decision, and Parent Partners with lived experience are available throughout the process.
Ongoing Planning, Review, and Accountability
Care plans are actively implemented, regularly reviewed, and adjusted to ensure they continue to meet the family’s needs and goals.
