Suicide is a serious issue that should be handled delicately by a professional.
It is important to know the signs of suicidal ideation so you can get your students the help they need. If you notice a student is experiencing mood swings or feelings of hopelessness or is withdrawing and giving away their possessions, they may be having suicidal thoughts. It could be a good idea to refer them to one of our counselors so they can work through these issues. We provide a safe and judgment-free environment so they can talk about anything that is causing them to feel this way.
Improve your overall quality of life.
