Our Wraparound Services provide holistic, team-based support tailored to the unique needs of children and families. We collaborate with schools, mental health professionals, and family members to create a comprehensive care plan, ensuring long-term stability for children and teens facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Through the Adoption Assistance Program (AAP), these services are offered at no cost to eligible, adoptive families.
